Just that if we reserved uhaul, it shows options if you want to purchase insurance,but they guy made me purchase insurance for accidents. I didn't like that. If I didn't have enough in my acct then I wouldn't of able to rent truck to move my items. Especially in same town and down the street

ANTHONY DMy equipment request was not fulfilled, but I was charged for it. I had to go to another site and pay again for the equipment and I was charged for mileage overage. I called customer support; I was told a plan of action and none of it happened.
