Make sure the customer is informed about which departure route is best so that their NOT freaking out about potential damage to this equipment. For example, when exiting, I heard my tow dolly making a scrapping noise only to find out that the side exit has low points and potholes and because of that, i thought I was damaging the equipment. Luckily for me, I recognized it immediately and made the necessary adjustments. Otherwise, I would recommend this location to family, friends and others.
