Excellent Customer Service

PINK BPick up process on the app was horrible. App kept crashing. Had to take pictures FOUR times

TODD SReturn was a little hectic since no one was at the office when we returned it in another city, it was a one way trip. Then after a few hours of waiting and also being on hold on the uhaul customer service line for at least 30 minutes, they never answered the call so we hung up and called the rental location where we picked up the uhaul originally, we found out that we can self return. Now we know for next time.

ROBERT MEverything was initially wonderful. The gentleman had great customer service very personable. But my bill went through on my checking account. Now, 5 days later I got a email about the extra charge. So I'm a little confused as to why I am asked to pay an extra almost fifty dollars for what? I got the email today on the 6th of February and my service/pickup date was on the February 1st. They told me that someone would contact me from customer service after I checked out within 48 hours, if there was any extra charges. No one did but again they took Out what i owed out of my account so I thought everything. I went over seven miles on mileage. When I wasn't charged for it.I thought that was a grace. It's like nine dollars and seventy three cents. So why am I getting an email About owing $48 & some change? For what? I'm fine with paying the almost $10. But customer service told me I was good No problem. Why am I getting email about $48.00 and some change?
KASSANDRA SI was appalled. My wife returned the trailer and the lazy man in the office didn’t lift a finger to help. My wife had to take the trailer off the van, on a slope by herself she rummaged around the property to find something to help pry it off The ball of our vehicle. I cannot believe a man would be that lazy and expect a woman to take a trailer off. That man does not deserve to work there. He should be more than embarrassed! He should be ashamed to be such a lazy slob.

RICHARD MI am a people person and the 1st location I was sent to had that 24/7 where u have 2 use the app. After reading the reviews at my first location and then going there and having 2 try and contact the POC of that location was a pain n the butt!!! So I ended up calling a Uhaul representative and had them send me to a location that actual had a person who took care of everything for me. He even told me that the app is not 2 good. But Basset roofing location took care of my needs.
STEVE RMr. Bassett went beyond my expectations by coming back after hours to help me get my trailer rental. He thought it would be best to get the trailer the evening of the 9th since the weather the next day would be bad and he wasn't sure if he would be able to open his business because of it. If I ever need to rent anything in the future, it will be from Mr. Bassett.

Tye NHad troubles with the ramp going back in. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone and when I did I was quoted a MINIMUM of 90 minutes wait time. Our window was tight anyways, we had people out of town helping us. This was just a disaster.

MICHAEL TSam is absolutely the best. I needed a last minute Uhaul on Sunday around 1:30p.m. Most centers close earlier than that. This one closed at 2p.m. However, with a smile on his face and putting a smile on mine and my lil ones Sam got us out the door at 1:58p.m. He is kind, funny, helpful, & caring every time I see him. I specifically go to this location because of Sam. He is one of a kind!
CHRISTOPHER CI would like to say that the rules and details of the fees were not explained or expressed during pick up. A simple $19.95 rental ended up at almost $300 dollars. When I called to address the fees, the gentleman on the phone did listen, only to tell me to contact another number to dispute charges due to limited explanation.

MICHAEL WRENTERS BEWARE! This experience would have been fine had it not been for the misinformation or lack thereof I received upon renting the vehicle and dropping it off. In the nutshell, I was told that the $15 fee for SafeMove was mandatory only to find out that this is an optional charge. Despite me telling the representative that I am fulling covered under my auto insurance, he insisted that this insurance was mandatory and a mandate from the owners. My advice to you sir, JUST BE HONEST! Secondly, I was not fully informed on the return check-in virtual process as has been the case when I used U-Haul in the past. As a result, I was charged an extra day. Fortunately, I took pictures with time stamps and just filed a dispute, so I am hoping everything works out alright. Unfortunately, I could not recommend this establishment, but this was just my experience.
