I stored my belongings in a south-facing storage unit over the winter, and everything was completely dry. Not a bit of water seeped under the door. One thing that would make this facility more competitive would be gate code entry but still I was very pleased with their service and my storage unit!
Kristin A | Overall ExperienceThe auto transport trailer that we rented had one broken tire strap that the road assistance had to come out and change for us, which put us back ours. Also, it was not swept out and clean, and there was broken glass on the ramps when you pull them out as well as on top in that dirt. Also, the license plate was in Idaho license plate that it had expired tabs from 2021 super unhappy with this location and the way that they did not take care of their equipment.

PAUL SThe giz that holds the passenger side ramp in place on the car hauler trailer looked OK when I picked it up, but after I loaded my car at the truck dealer that ramp was lying on the ground next to the broken giz. By then D P was closed, so I stopped into the Uhaul location nearest the truck dealer who told me not to unload my car until I got to my dropoff location where they'd fix it. Spoiler alert: dropoff was at another ministorage location and they couldn't fix it. Not sure the failure was D P's fault, but it sure messed up my plans
NANCY EFloor board of truck needed swept. When I picked truck up gas was not full. I returned it full but you guys should really give refunds or make sure trucks have a full tank at time of pickup.
DOREE TThe truck we were provided with had alignment issues and the check engine light came on. This has nothing to do the the staff, the repair tech that the issue was previously reported to didn’t fix the issues.

Janice P | Overall ExperienceSomehow the contract got altered after I checked in to get the truck and dolly. Creating a lot of confusion due to there being no dolly on the contract. The truck wasn’t in great shape. Visor is the wrong size and wouldn’t fit in the holder, which was held on with double sided tape and kept falling down. Gasoline would blow back out of the filler when the tank was filled. Tow dolly strap was cut through nearly half way and the chain was missing the S hook on one side.

James FFrom setting up the reservation to all the customer service to the end of the job this place was exceptional! Enoush handled my entire reservation (with the aid of the sweet Chocolate lab that oversees everything with approval) as great and beyond one could ask. In fact, I didn't even ask but he gave me a 10% discount because we were doing a piano move for St. Mary's church in Chewelah. Much appreciated and the extra mile to send the invoice to directly when the link wasn't working. THANKS ENOSH! God bless.

mark tI was told (by Anna @ DP Storage that I had to pay $20 fee to reserve the 10X10 storage unit. When we got there and my husband asked about it they said that they no knowledge of it whatsoever! So... I guess I'm out $20!

George SI request and and was approved when i rented the unit to drop it at a location 6 miles from my destination. Uhaul txt me to contact them regarding a change in drop off location. I tried 6 times over the next week to call them only to get a recording and to wait , after 10 minutes on hold each time i hung up. When i was unloaded and needed to return the trailer i did wait to get a person who was very disrespectful and wanted me to dro off at a location 90 miles away! When i bailked at this the gave me a location 51 miles away! . After agreeing to this i contacted there customer service and went over the bad experience i was having. That person agreed that this was very poor service and thus gave me a partial refund. Ovet all it was very very bad experience.

Suman PNot to pleased. Reserved a 26 footer at Newport WA. The day before Uhaul changed it to a 20 footer. The closest 26 foot truck was at Deer Park 54 miles away. I had to spend a lot of extra money for mileage to go get the truck. I filled every inch of it. The Deer Park staff are fine. Changing my truck size at the last minute was a lot more expensive and time consuming than it should have been. Not cool Uhaul.
ALLAN TThe location was fine, the issue was that it is nearly 40 minutes away from where I planned to pick up the equipment. The reservation was changed to this location which added extra driving, planning and reorganizing the move. I contacted UHaul to get some remedy and the less than helpful customer 'service' rep I chatted with pointed out that UHual actually doesn't make reservations, they only take requests and that those can be changed at any time. Seems like a small thing to provide a partial refund or adjustment to make a net negative rental into a neutral or positive one, but this was beyond the scope of what the rep on line seems capable of doing. The UHual employee at this location was understanding and it was beyond her control.

TIMOTHY K5 stars for the person at this location for getting me set up. But Uhaul Online reservations are horrible. I wanted a 5x9 utility w/ramp for about 4 hours. The location, about 5 miles from me, and another about 11 miles away, both had these available for pick up and return. But the online reservation system set my trailer pick up 31 miles away in the wrong direction to my route. The pick up location and return for what the online reservation set up would have resulted in 131 miles travel versus 57 miles. Received a call from the reservation center and that person stated that the location 31 miles away was the only one available. Not True, as confirmed by the proprietors of the two local locations. Hmmm, is it possible that customer traffic is being diverted away from the small town operations in the area?

Michael A | Overall ExperienceOn several occasions the gate was not opened on time. Not by 5 minutes but by several hours. On the last time it happened to me it was literally two hours late to be opened. When I talked to the staff they first blamed the frost, which could be a plausible excuse if they haven’t been several hours late in July! They were rude when confronted and had the audacity to ask “what do you want me to do about it?”. Oh I don’t know how about open the gate! There should be a timer or something along with responsible people working there. There should be no excuse when the gate is supposed to be opened at 7 am and the folks who run it live on site.
