TIMOTHY K.5 stars for the person at this location for getting me set up. But Uhaul Online reservations are horrible. I wanted a 5x9 utility w/ramp for about 4 hours. The location, about 5 miles from me, and another about 11 miles away, both had these available for pick up and return. But the online reservation system set my trailer pick up 31 miles away in the wrong direction to my route. The pick up location and return for what the online reservation set up would have resulted in 131 miles travel versus 57 miles. Received a call from the reservation center and that person stated that the location 31 miles away was the only one available. Not True, as confirmed by the proprietors of the two local locations. Hmmm, is it possible that customer traffic is being diverted away from the small town operations in the area?
