Mason MAnna was great. Your website, not so great. I wanted a trailer, but rather than telling me if and where one was available, it asked several other questions I may not need if you don’t have what I want locally, then asked for my personal information prior to letting me know if one was available. After I tell you what I want, the very first thing I want to know is availability and location, then I can decide if I want to enter my information.
Brent SFirst and foremost comes the human interaction! The attendant lady was a pleasure yo deal with. Nothing ruins one's day like a bad counter experience. She was a gem. Second: The truck was clean and ran great. The only thing is it was very bouncy, empty and full, with made it hard to keep straight on the road. A little maintenance can make the experience perfect. We were in and out with issues to complain about. Thank you!
Nikolay NI reserved a 15' UHaul, but only a 26' was available on the day prior to moving. It was super rough riding and bouncy for the 70 miles we had to go. I couldn't imagine if it was a longer trip. Unfortunately, we had to move the furniture a much longer distance because of the size of the truck. The customer service was great, but not having the reservation I booked was not great.
