Fix the little things before they become a bigger repair.ck engine light on driver door handle missing on the 10ft truck. Other than that it work ok for me

The trailer was dirty on the outside and wasn't very clean on the inside. The employee only offered help after a request. He did not do any safety checks of the trailer and didn't know how to connect it to the hitch.
Sean HThe truck transmission was slipping when it had a load. It would jerk a lot when it was loaded. It was ok without the load.
TERRY WTo drop off point was easily to locate off Highway six. There was plenty of room to maneuver a large truck to park. It was clean and neat. However, I return the truck talk hours, and it was difficult to find the lockbox located outside the building.
Joseph MI arrived no one was there and I had an appointment. I the toll free number. I advised the representative that no one was at the location the representative advised that she could move me to another location that had availability. I was dropped off and did not have a ride and asked that she wait before she moved me to secure me a ride to the other location.. my reservation was moved without my knowledge. The first vehicle I receive look like somebody’s personal items was in it, and there was a spit cup in between the seat, boots glasses, shoes, and a padlock on the door.. I was given a second vehicle and it was clean

JAMESON KPlease check the mechanical maintenance of the vehicle I rented. The trucks gears are questionable as well as the wiper blades. Especially because it was raining while using the truck and that was a safety hazard. The staff at the counter were very understanding of my concerns.

It’s ridiculous that I have to go to two different locations for the equipment I need just for what I need to not be available the day of so I have to cancel my truck rental as a hole and STILL BE CHARGED for U-Haul’s failure to deliver. I will not be using U-Haul from here forward due to the companies service but this location itself was amazing and friendly.
TREVON MYall need to inform people that if they do a drop off at night that yall need 100+ photos to return the uhaul cause doing all that in the dark is dangerous. Everything else was great!
EMILY WAlthough apologetic, the man running the company to return was 30 min late. I was confused if the shop was closed or not and what to do. But, he eventually arrived and apologized.
Daniel BFind an employee that’s willing to work rather than be on her cell phone. Don’t advertise products you don’t have available. (Appliance dolly) Don’t try to secure a big deposit based on mileage assumption. To initiate 50 miles is too much. Don’t try to recover more gas than what was the true original reading. Because the front desk employee says there’s a 1/4 tank doesn’t mean there physically is if they don’t check. I put 1/8th with a photo showing the fuel gauge and was still charged for sn additional 2 gallons when I brought it back with the same reading as when I picked it up. This location is obviously trying to nickel and dime their customers. CLEAN the cab of the truck. Sweep it, vacuum or something. Take out the trash from the cup holders

Kyle CI would highly recommend to be refunded for the return of the uhual earlier. I returned my uhual an hour early and feel like I should be refunded for that hour. Its upsetting because you charge for the extra hour still so the customer loses.
Jackie CI hate that I was told I went over 53 miles on a one way trip from Rosharon to Baytown when the trip itself was only 52 miles! I was given 61 miles to use from the start! Uhaul sucks!!!

Charles BWe were just automatically assigned a drop off location without asking us. We have a U-Haul location right down the road but we have to drop it off 15 miles from us in Austin. We called the customer service but no help. Very disappointed.
Kenneth Wuhaul was not starting after loading everything . Had to get a new jumper and another battery to get it started 5 time within 24 hours. worst experience

George SFirst of all the guy sat behind the desk and said that the truck was on 1/2 tank which is wasn't, the tank was in between 1/2 and 3/8. I was charged $15 for that, which I would have disputed at the time. As soon as backed the truck out the mileage changed to 118197 when i put in drive. The truck doesn't have a tenth digit on the odometer so no accurate reading of the mileage. I took a picture of the mileage when i put the vehicle in drive and my return mileage. I didn't get the gas needle when I left. I will never rent from Uhaul again.

Chris MThe sales rep and location was very accommodating, fast, and efficient. Uhaul overall should consider offering an option to charge for fuel or mileage. Even rental cars offer unlimited mileage with returning the vehicle at the same level of fuel. The online pricing seems reasonable, but when you get to the counter, you find that the cost skyrockets and it is very misleading for a customer on a budget.
