Excellent customer service
SHEONI WI received the vehicle with food crumbs throughout the cabin and the fuel level was on E at 14 miles to empty. Also the truck size I requested was not available and I had not been informed ahead of time. I had to call U-Haul and have the reservation changed.
ROBERT HThe staff was nice, just 2 young girls. Nobody on site to connect the trailer for a client. Location doesn't seem safe, next to a smoke shop.
