I had immediate issues with my rental. I verified two contacts and was left in limbo until I called uhaul themselves. I then got someone on the phone (Sandy or Sally, I don’t remember which) who started to work on my issue but kept muting her mic because there was a child in the background. She then ended up hanging up on me and I got no call back. The employee on site wasn’t very helpful either, he gave me the generic 800 number to call when the issue wasn’t even because of me. Someone rented a truck earlier in the day and took one without entering any information which then interrupted my rental.
