When I went to drop off the truck, a man in a white sleeveless undershirt, low slung shorts, smelling of alcohol, came up to the truck and peered in all in my personal space. He kept saying that he worked there. He also got very angry at me when I dropped the keys in the dropbox as instructed saying that I should have just handed them to him because now he would have to get the key to take them out and put them in their individual box. If he does indeed work there, his lack of professionalism is appalling. If he doesn't, he was trying to scam me to steal the keys and the truck. Highly, highly disturbing.

Marie LI had to call U-Haul technical support because their system did not have this location as a mobile phone drop off site (even though the sign on the building indicated that they are). Maybe update that availability in the system. Once the tech fixed that for me, I was able to return the truck seamlessly and drop the key in the lockbox.

Jeffrey MIt wasn’t ready for me to pick up after the pickup location was changed the guy at the place didn’t want to give me a key because it was suppose to be an online check in but was never set up as an online check in so I had to go through a 45 min process to get the keys

Cayla TThis place is not nearly large enough to host truck rentals. The parking lot is WAY too small to maneuver the truck without danger of hitting something and the sales office is FILLED to the ceiling with tires. I had to wait for a very long time to check in the truck. The guy running the place was nice enough but he doesn’t seem like he has the necessary experience.

Michael FMy main issue with uhaul is it only gave me 277 miles included which did not cover my trip. I went straight from uhaul to my house which was on my way to Athens to load, then went straight to my daughters house which was 2 miles from the drop off location and then after unloading went strap D10 Tires to drop off my truck snd went over my mileage. Very disappointing.
