This location from the mall after the truck was turned in one of the employees rented a truck out ““ I guess someone drove the truck while it was still in my name and cough. I am conscious about things that I do and I knew something wasn’t right I contact U-Haul one 800 which they contacted the location two times prior to writing an email to our supervisors at this location involved. I’m because the supervisor contacted me in a frantic. I apologize the truck was rented out or somehow I used the truck still in my name returned it on today or late yesterday with excessive mileage usage of gas I don’t like this because what if I hadn’t checked up on what would it have been taken care of or my credit card would have been used to allow a friend or family or Homeboy or whomever rented it or came and got the truck let me stop saying rent because they never rented it. They use information of mine to allow someone to use this truck apologizing and fixing it. I guess I don’t know what I do know is this. I’m going to speak to someone. On the legal side of this because I feel at this point this location dropped the ball and how many times have they dropped the ball nobody will ever know because most people in this area is military either they are paying for a long haul rentals or the United States government is either way let it go. I’m gonna speak to someone legal about this.

DONALD SI arrived one day early to reserve a 15-foot truck for the next day (712 Providence Blvd, Clarksville, TN). I received a phone call on the day I was to pick-up the truck stating that the needed equipment (truck and appliance dolly) were not available at that location even though I reserved them the day before. I was directed to another rental location (DJ's All in One) and altho the customer service was excellent and friendly, I am disappointed and confused as to why the equipment reserved the previous day was not available. I actually wasted my time reserving the needed equipment the day before and was required to go thru the process again at the new location. When I returned the truck, I had to check-out online and that was cumbersome since the people were not present when I returned the truck. It took at least 45 minutes to complete the process. Again, the individuals at DJ's All in One were friendly and efficient, the need to collect all the info again delayed my moving responsibilities for the day.

JEREMY AThe truck provided was damaged, my daughter could barely open the rear door. Customer service at store was unprofessional. I was accused of lying to extend my rental. I am disabled, can barely walk and needed help loading/unloading truck, could not get help because of snow storm. My daughter was able to get it loaded before the storm hit but wasn't able to get unloaded until after storm passed and roads cleared. I got a friend to come help me unload when she could get out of her neighborhood.
