Checking in and out with the app is a pain in the rear. The location was convenient- the truck was easy to find and the dolly was inside.

Really nice service. Caring and friendly. Truck was extremely old and you can just tell it was getting more than 3 or 4 miles per gallon. Truck needs to be retired. It did the job, but cost extra for gas because of its condition.

RONALD MMy experience with this UHaul rental was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the lack of clear communication regarding the return location. We booked directly through UHaul, and nowhere during the reservation process were we told the truck had to be returned to one specific location or that it was being rented through someone’s personal business. We were under the impression that it could be returned to any U\-Haul location, and that’s exactly what we did. Despite returning the truck, we continued to be charged, which has been incredibly frustrating. We even provided the location where the truck was left, but instead of helping resolve the issue, the situation has only become more difficult. Clear instructions and transparency should be standard when renting equipment. If there was a requirement to return the truck to a specific location, that information should have been made obvious before or at the time of pickup—not after the fact. Overall, this was a stressful experience that could have been avoided with better communication and customer service. I would not recommend renting from this location based on my experience
Naziem RWas in a bad location, not very nice or respectful, said they will send the receipt and you can go, then get charged more fees after dropping a day early . Don’t make sense .
