Charged for a cleaning fee of 50.00 when the uphaul was brought back in better condition then when we found it. Also charged for a afterhours drop off when it was 3 pm and it was not due back until the next morning. Lot was very confusing and not helpful. Will be reaching out to corporate about undue charges!

Be more clear about the address to pickup the truck. I called and made a reservation at one location, but the pickup was at a different location which caused much confusion. Also my reservation was canceled after an hour past the time I said it would be pickup.
