The business itself and the employee were great! Friendly, helpful, clean and reliable. I’ve rented u-hauls a few times and the large increase in mileage fees was unexpected and disappointing but no complaints and only rav reviews for the employee who helped me out.

Trailer had dirty exterior, could have had hitch area cleaned up to prevent getting customer dirty hitching up. But hard to do with melting/slushy Alberta roads

We will only ever tent from Tracy at this location when we need a U Haul. We have had some terrible experiences at other U Haul places. This is the 4th time we have rented from Tracy and is always been a great experience.

The staff were polite and helpful
The truck had a loose connection at the battery
I stopped on the route. The vehicle would not start when I got back in to continue my trip.
I popped the hood, thinking that a boost was required. I noticed the loose terminal and tightened the terminal post with a pair of pliers and the vehicle restarted.
The passenger side mirror also loose
