The staff were polite and helpful
The truck had a loose connection at the battery
I stopped on the route. The vehicle would not start when I got back in to continue my trip.
I popped the hood, thinking that a boost was required. I noticed the loose terminal and tightened the terminal post with a pair of pliers and the vehicle restarted.
The passenger side mirror also loose

Fix your system so that the workers can get on it to make the process is easy for them to rent your trailers and trucks!!! The lady who did this for me was very helpful but was frustrated with your system!!! I told her that I was in no hurry!!! Thankfully she got it done but had to do it manually on her computer!!!! This was after she tried the computer and her phone!!!!! Ps she was great!!!!
