I feel all trucks should be washed and full of fuel so when you pick up and it has 3/8 of a tank of fuel you don't have to guess how much to fill up what you use.

Not make me have to drive two hours to go get it. I had to use 4 hours worth of gas in my car to go pick it up and bring it back to where i needed it plus more fuel in tge uhaul because i had to drive it two hours to where i needed it. Rediculous i should have gotten money off

I couldn’t believe the my drop off location was only open a few hours on Saturday morning. I was planning on renting a carrier for my vehicle but there was no staff to un hook it so I could drive to my moving location to empty truck and drive back to return truck. I was pleased that the truck was great on gas

I will be taking my business to Enterprise from now on. I placed a reservation a week in advance and did not receive a cargo van as requested. I received instead a 10' truck. The trailer floor was very dirty. I had to clean it myself. I also was told I would have a flat rate for the cargo van and was surprised to know that I would be paying .89 cents per kilometer. I have used U-Haul for many purposes and am afraid this experience has been terrible enough for me to be discouraged to consider it again. I am extremely disappointed.
