I rented 2 seperate units within 3 weeks. The first unit I took to 3 repair shop and could not be fixed, I was offed a credit of 800 to pay for my up coming other rental needs. The 800 was then dropped to 400. I tried to use the 400 and the vip certificate still wouldn’t work! I went to pick up the 2nd unit and it had been canceled by U-Haul while I had confirmation over text and email guaranteeing my rental. When I questioned the dealer in Nisku I was told “don’t know what to tell you” and for me to “go fuck myself”. I have since tried to have my credit returned to the card I used for the rentals with zero response!
