Stop talking repetitive about a previous customer not returning rental. Instead, explain the features of the item being rented. Knowing when trailer attached to vehicle is not able to go in reverse, would have been helpful to know and would have decided to not rentROBERT P.

Rental experience and location were great. Smooth and easy process. However, I did not appreciate the automated text message from U-Haul the next day that said the vehicle was being reported as stolen because the vehicle was not checked in yet.DAVID P.

Great place to rent a truck! This is my second dental from here. I rented a 15ft truck to move a week ago but due to snow storm it had to be rescheduled. The staff called early in the morning to check if I would want to reschedule due to the storm and so I did. Everything was explained to me in details when I checked in to pick up the truck. Excellent customer service with professional staff. Highly recommended.Phoumixay S.

The Uhaul website and app sucks. It's hard to navigate and confusing. I thought I rented from a local location, instead it sent me about 10 miles away to pick up the truck.Scott N.

The uhaul system took over 45 min to load. We scheduled pickup for noon and weren't able to leave with our truck till almost 1pm. The guys were friendly but the employees do not wear masks.Nathan K.

The pickup location was fine, but the online booking system is flawed. The system allowed me to book a pickup location 2 miles from where I was located. The day before pickup I received a text and a phone call changing my pickup location to a location an hour away! The representative stated it was because I was renting one-way and the trailer at the original location was privately owned. My online booking request clearly showed one-way and it still let me book.Lori S.

The online checkin and authentication process with the uhaul app was needlessly painful. If you need additional contacts to verify the renter's identity you need to address that at the time the reservation is made, not suddenly ask the renter for contracts that can't be reached in the early morning hours at the time of pickup. That was a most unpleasant experiance and I can't say it makes me egaer to do business with UHaul again. I made this reservation a week before I picked it up, there is no excuse for waiting until the morning I needed it to ask me for more information.Chris M.

Return vehicle. Received check out document / bill in mail with actual millage used. no problem. Then 2 days latter told there was damaged to the mirror that I am responsible for.. They reversed the original charged and then recharge me for rental and damages. What ever happen after I dropped off the rental and received the final bill is not my problem especially over more than a 24 hr period. What is disturbing is even after the contract was completed you people maintained my Credit Card information. Why? I did not give U-Haul permission to keep my Credit card information on file. I have called the Credit Card Company to cancelled the $230.49 transaction. I have no problem re-paying the original amount of $71.49. Oh It's amazing how I took out the Damage waiver and the damage = just under the $150.00 that they never told me about. Does any one know if the glass insert in the mirror frame cost $150.00. Rip off. pure rip off. Used U-haul for many many years. should of rented the vehicle at the main location and not at some shady garage.BRIAN T.

guy behind the desk wasnt wearing a mask. either were the 3 guys from the attached bodyshop who were all hanging out in the small space behind the desk. Front desk guy asked me if i wanted a clorox wipe to wipe down the truck. I would have assumed they already did that.Brian P.
