This is our second time renting a unit and everything went well from the sign up and again when we moved out. Unit was clean and well maintained. Jon is good to work with, helpful and answers our questions in timely prompt matter.
Pam T | Overall ExperienceThe facility was conveniently located, but the gate to the facility was the reason I found a different storage location for my needs. The gate was often open and when it was closed it had trouble opening or needed several attempts to get it to open. On one occasion the gate worked when I got there, but it wouldn't open when I was trying to leave until after many attempts. The experience was very frustrating and the owner did not return calls when contacted about the concerns.
