Basically, this location was just a drop site.
EARL VJohn was very good to work with but the trailer we rented was very dirty (outside) there did not appear to be any equipment at this location to clean the trailers. It was also very apparent UHaul was a sideline business for this location. His other business was his priority.
Bernie ZJohn went over and above to make sure we could return our items when we needed to.
