The U-Haul cab was dirty when I picked it up. There were food crumbs on the floor and what appeared to be chocolate brownie residue on the steering wheel. I didn’t notice the chocolate on the wheel until I made a turn and got it all over my hands. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the vehicle and would expect rental vehicles to be properly cleaned before being given to the next customer.
