The 4x8ft trailer I rented was dirty inside, there was mud in both corners by the rear doors and dirt from the floor stained two of my suit cases on the side that touched the floor. In their defense, they had just picked it up from a different location driving up with it as I arrived for pickup. Half way through my trip I got a call from U Haul telling me they had to change my drop-off location from the one 20 minutes from my house (that I have used for the past three years) to one over an hour away in another state because my usual drop-off location was full and couldn't accept it. I called my usual location and they weren't full and accepted the trailer anyway.
