randy oI think the truck needed maintenance - have rented with U haul before - same sized truck - and I believe my gas mileage was probably 50% better with other trucks.

Phillip HThe entire process was so easy. I used the uhaul site and was able to easily changed my reservation days because of weather. Spent maybe 15 minutes at the location to get the keys and contract. The place was closed when I dropped it off but the txt meassage I received had a link where I was instructed what to do and they had a dropbox for the keys. So easy to complete.This was my first experience with uhaul and will definitely use them again.

Joshua WHave a truck available for pick up where I specified., not 245 miles away from my home. This was very inconvenient. I had to take a day off work to pick it up, taking 7 hours. It also added time onto our trip to pick my vehicle up. Not a good customer experience!

BRADY TIt was a Sunday when we had to drop off the trailer so that store was closed, but we left off the trailer and took pictures of the trailer at the location showing that it was in like/excellent shape as when we had picked it up. We sent those pictures on. It was an easy location to find accessible off of Highway 18 in Winner, SD.
