Michele SDrove 22 miles. put $10 gas in and got charged another $19 in gas charges. $29 for 22 miles. Do the math.
Thomas JMain problem is that there was less than a 1/4 tank of gas at pickup. Which means I have to fill gas that I don’t know if I will use or not. This cost me an extra $65 which then goes in the pocket of the business. Tanks should be full at pickup and then returned the same way. This way you only pay for the gas you use.
Michael BI used the automated return feature, so I didn't interact with anyone. It's dumb that I can't answer this question without saying whether people were helpful or not.
DAVID BSo my receipt says $48 but you guys charged me over 120 I don’t know what to do about this. I went in and spoke with the man. He couldn’t figure it out but I was still charged three times the amount.
Joe VI was so pleased with the service we received from D&T Golf Carts! It was very easy to order and pay for our trailer on line. We were welcomed when we arrived and the paper work was quick. We hooked up the trailer easily. We returned it as planned. We needed a trailer for a move to another home and this was perfect!

Jeannie CI had planned to drop off the truck at a different location due to price difference however, someone called to advised that this location was way closer to my drop off area. She advised me that I could drop it off at no additional charge so I didn't have to drive 20 minutes just to drop the truck off. I've used them in the past and they are amazing. Definitely recommend this location.

KRISTY LEverything was good. I just prefer dealing with people instead of an app. After a long day of moving dropping the truck off was more stressful than if it was at a location with humans addisowith the process.

When a request is made to drop off equipment at a specific location such as this one, the availability of personnel should be confirmed before sending the client there.

Phillip HNo one was in the office during normal business hours. People in the adjoining business tried to help me locate the staff but they said the employee's car wasn't in the parking lot. Battery in the vehicle is going bad making it sluggish to start. Interior cab floor was full of pine needles.
Gregory CDon't outrageously charge for fuel that was barely below the amount I left with. I put in $25 of gas to go 60 miles. Uhaul charged me and additional $50 + Ridiculous!!!!
