I made an appointment for 1:00, and arranged my day to pick up furniture having two other parties involved. I got to the location at 1:00, and the door was locked and a sign said gone to lunch be back at 2:00. I had to rearrange my entire schedule, and just inconvenienc ed both other parties involved. The system should be checked and double checked to make sure things like this don't happen.STEPHEN H.

Your app is very slow. We tried to pick up using the app and it would not advance past a certain screen. I had the same issue when trying to drop off using the app. It wouldn't recognize the photos I took and wouldn't advance to the next screen. I couldn't wait there indefinitely, so decided to call in the info and waited on hold for nearly 30 minutes before the call was answered. Any issues had nothing to do with this location As usual there was no guarantee from U-haul that I'd have a trailer the day I needed. This was a crosstown nice, where I could wait a day, it was a 1,400. move and it was imperative I get a trailer for the reserved date. Whenever I spoke to an agent, including the scheduler the night before who verified a motorcycle trailer, I emphasized it had to be a bike trailer, it was verified that it was even in the notes, sure enough when I went to luck it up, it wasn't what I ordered! So I had to drive 15 mike's away to get what I needed and the opposite way from our house. Even though these trailers can be in demand this location had three.JACK J.

I had reserved a van with a dolly and when I picked up the van there was no dolly inside. When we peeked in the back window of the van parked next to it, that's where the dolly way. Very disappointing as I had to go to Home Depot and rent a dolly for the day. Time wasted by running around on a busy moving day.Heather F.

Agent reserved the wrong trailer, did not have the correct one. Contacted another dealer that was farther away from my home to obtain the correct unit. Liscense coping system failed several times and agent had to enter data on her phone. Very bad experience.bruce U.
