DENNIS M.The service at the location was great at pick up, unfortunately I was over charged (charged for 2 days even though I returned the trailer within 3 hours), when I tried to call to have the charge corrected, I got answering machine and was never called back.
Phillip H.No one was in the office during normal business hours. People in the adjoining business tried to help me locate the staff but they said the employee's car wasn't in the parking lot. Battery in the vehicle is going bad making it sluggish to start. Interior cab floor was full of pine needles.
