This is the second time I’ve used U-Haul in a year, and this one was not a corporate facility, so I understand may not be the same. The owners of D &T golf carts should not be representing U-haul. I called and got to the “D&T Golf side,” and got the explanation this person does not work over there because they are separate (by separate an open hallway away,” odd that the U-haul name is D&T golf. Same person took my name and number to ask the U-haul sides rep to call me back, as I was trying to pick up early. I ended up calling another location back in error, which was more than happy to update the pickup time “Falcon field.” When entering the building there was no one there, I waited a few minutes walked outside looked around and went back in and peeked around the hallway to see a representative from the golf carts side sitting playing on their cell. I politely interrupted the individual and was told “if she is not there she is out on the lot cleaning a truck.” Not to mention the service contract laying on the counter in public view with someone’s personal details on it. The rep for the “u-haul side” was nice, no issues with her at all.I did finally get a call back probably close to an hour and a half later after my original call to update the time. Customer service is the difference where I spend my money, I will go to an official U-Haul next time, even though this is 2 miles away from my home. Maybe have a discussion that if “D & T” is in the name, your representatives are the face for both sides of the business you run.

Vender had doors locked and had asign on the door "Back at 2:00. I phoned him and no answer. I looked in the window at 2:05 and he sitting behind the desk.

Deborah DGood trailer w/ back gate spring loaded… making it easy to lift. The uhaul guy was very helpful with connecting the trailer to our vehicle hitch. He allowed us to use an adaptor for the vehicle lites. He helped disconnect t the trailer when we returned it.
Glenna CWe got a appliance dolly and it was in such bad repair we could not use it. Had to search for another one that was any good and we had to go to three different locations to get a good one. We checked oil in the u-haul truck as general maintenance like we do on all our cars and it was a little low. we continued to check it and it was using oil. We called U-haul and let them know as the service engine light came on solid not blinking. We did not want to be stranded again after being stranded because of a lot of snow and ice . when we called the person that answered customer care he stated that a red light check engine was fine to continue. we watched the oil and if went down every time we checked the oil. we asked what kind of oil it needed and no body knew that we could call. so we watched it like a hawk and kept on going as that is what we were told.

Kim TTrailer broke down and was not able to complete the journey. Damaged leaf springs and bushings in addtion to unbalanced tires made for unsafe driving/towing. Will not rent from this location again. Additionally was charged for a wrong location return fee of 138 dollars when was told my employees to leave the trailer at the location it was dropped off at due to the fact it was undriveable.

Michele SDrove 22 miles. put $10 gas in and got charged another $19 in gas charges. $29 for 22 miles. Do the math.
Thomas JMain problem is that there was less than a 1/4 tank of gas at pickup. Which means I have to fill gas that I don’t know if I will use or not. This cost me an extra $65 which then goes in the pocket of the business. Tanks should be full at pickup and then returned the same way. This way you only pay for the gas you use.
Michael BI used the automated return feature, so I didn't interact with anyone. It's dumb that I can't answer this question without saying whether people were helpful or not.
DAVID BSo my receipt says $48 but you guys charged me over 120 I don’t know what to do about this. I went in and spoke with the man. He couldn’t figure it out but I was still charged three times the amount.
Joe VI was so pleased with the service we received from D&T Golf Carts! It was very easy to order and pay for our trailer on line. We were welcomed when we arrived and the paper work was quick. We hooked up the trailer easily. We returned it as planned. We needed a trailer for a move to another home and this was perfect!

She advised me that I could drop it off at no additional charge so I didn't have to drive 20 minutes just to drop the truck off. I've used them in the past and they are amazing. Definitely recommend this location.
