Phillip HannaNo one was in the office during normal business hours. People in the adjoining business tried to help me locate the staff but they said the employee's car wasn't in the parking lot. Battery in the vehicle is going bad making it sluggish to start. Interior cab floor was full of pine needles.
Gregory CapeloDon't outrageously charge for fuel that was barely below the amount I left with. I put in $25 of gas to go 60 miles. Uhaul charged me and additional $50 + Ridiculous!!!!

jeff davisonOne ramp strap was missing. Left tip fender was out of rig and did not fold all the way up making it VERY hard to attach the rubber retainers. Jack did not go up as high as they usually do making it hard to get my hitch under the ball latch. The new vinyl coated cables that replace the chains is awesome!

Patrick WilliamsI went there the previous day just a few minutes before 4pm, and apparently they close at 4pm on weekdays. I was checked in or checking in and two people were leaving the office. As they were driving by they stopped and told me they had closed. I replied that I checked in online and was going to try pickup online. She replied "Good for you!" In a condescending voice and drove off. I tried for 30 min to pick up to find out not available to pick up after hours. She could have just said "Online pickup is not possible because we didn't prep for it, and since we are already in our car and too lazy send you to another location or run back in and get the key because most of this is automated anyways, we're just gonna say come back tomorrow!" That would have earned a 5star review. Compared to wasting an hour total trying to pick up, wasting payroll and work hours it woulda been A+. I've spent maybe $1500 with u-haul the past couple weeks and plan on spending a few more thousand next week and more in the coming months. I don't expect much, I don't need brown nosing, just don't waste my time. The friendly auto location is by far the best, and apache sands was great too.

Cesar LunaOne tire had low air, agent pumped it up but was low the next day. Had to go back and have the tire replaced. They did give me one more day but had I pulled the trailer through the subsequent storm it could have been a nasty problem. the tire was anobvious problem and should not have been used.

Ryan StewartWe received two separate phone calls to verify drop off on Saturday. I told them that we would be dropping off early on Thursday. The second caller was shortly after the first, both while driving. I have Bluetooth available, so that part wasn’t a big deal, but if we had been out of cell service this could have been problematic. When my husband brought the equipment back, after all that - they were not expecting it! Doesn’t seem like the right hand knows what the left hand was doing The equipment itself was fine.

Douglas BortonI was locked out of truck called service they told me at 8pm that someone was coming to unlock truck at 10pm no one showed up called them back then they said at 12 am still no one showed up after waiting up till 2am .i called them the following morning to find out that whole time they weren’t able to get a hold of anyone that whole night please bring my account current due to the inconvenience please bring my balance to 0$

Brian ShupeThe slowest service ever, couldn’t run my card and tried multiple times, I paid cash and card and that was the slowest process. In the end my card I was charged but the woman said the online portal was saying error, I don’t know I don’t think the woman knew what she was doing at all. I ended up paying cash just to get out of there. I was over charged . Van was really clean though.
