D&D had no idea we were coming to pick up a truck, had difficulty getting on-line for the information, and then had to call someone from a nearby town to drive over and handle the transaction. The location was not at all professional and had no indication it was a U-Haul location except for the truck out front. There were two small dogs running around, nowhere to sit or stand comfortably, and the two attendants did not seem well versed in what was necessary for completing the transaction. D&D is not a suitable representative of UHaul.
