I would’ve liked a closer location to Waltham, more customer facing activity than all by app and I would’ve liked gas in the tank to be full rather than almost being empty. I would like be compensated for having to spend $100 on gas. There is no way I can know how much my 18 miles of gas will be and return the truck with 1/16 of gas left in the tank. This is a bait and switch, non-customer friendly way to for the company to not spend money. It’s simple: start with a full tank of gas and leave the truck with a full tank of gas.

It took me over an hour to get the truck that I had rented from this dropbox location. Instructions were unclear and there was nobody onsite to assist. The truck was not clean, gas was empty and the truck had a low tire warning. Also, when I had reserved I paid for 12 moving blankets which were not in the truck. I found a U-Haul location about (only) 1 mile away that was helpful with the tire and gave me the blankets. Why I wasn't able to pick the truck up at that location is very unclear and very annoying. Very disappointed by this experience.

Robert SPaid for extras not in the truck, truck said air bags needed servicing. No one called me back from U-Haul. Nice man at counter but did not know anything. Deserve all the money I paid for blabkets, etc I never got. Refund and apology.
