CHRISTOPHER PFirst, the place I rented it from was fine. No problems with them at all. Good people. This is about Uhaul, not D&H. You nickel-dimed the ever-living PISS out of me. You charged me for three days when I had it for two, you charged me for ONE GALLON OF GAS when I refilled the stupid tank WHERE IT WAS WHEN I GOT IT, WITH PICTURES TO PROVE IT, and you don't even CALL to discuss changes to the original agreement. I had the truck for two days. 6:30pm to 6:05pm two days later. You charged me for three days. The guy who called me YESTERDAY MORNING told me that, if I get it back before 6:45pm yesterday, I WILL NOT be charged for another day. Yet, here we are. Congrats on your truck rental monopoly. You're all horrible, money-hungry thieves.

Mark MI was charged for fuel even though I returned the truck the exact same miles to empty on the odometer. I t would be nice to have the fuel charge removed from by credit card. I’d appreciate a phone call to follow up call

Greg WI was charged $25 cleaning and iv asked for photos two times and have not received them. I feel the van was clean when I returned it. If u can not show me proof I shouldn't have to pay the cleaning fee
Maureen KCheck in was crazy it could not locate me then it said I was at the wrong location for drop off. It finally let me scan the truck in. I called the next day they did not pick up it went to the call center and she said it was showing not returned. Then she said I had to call them. Tried to call for over an hour no one picked up. So I left a message. I finally got a message and a receipt for it being turned in but never got a call from them!

David HJust did an after hours drop off. I have to call customer service to get a text link to return the truck since again the app didn’t show the reservation. Also still unhappy about having to fuel the truck and eat the cost of adding an extra 1/4 tank since I didn’t know how much fuel I would use during my move.

Duke KThe overall U-Haul experience had a lot of opportunities. I will say this location in particular was just great. Chris was very cordial, patient, informative, and had an overall approachability that helped everyday move anxieties. People like Chris, are important. I hope this location understands that and recognizes that in him, and maybe the rest of the staff can emulate as well (if they don't already).
