Jon DThe location is convenient. Problem is that the truck needs some maintenance. The seal on the drivers door is non-existent, so loud. Also, the gas gauge is inaccurate causing me to put more gas in than needed. Lastly, the gear shift is difficult and jumps over the various gears. Just an old, poorly maintained truck in my opinion.

BRIAN LThe U-haul website is difficult to navigate. I had to call the 800 number to make my reservation. I entered my vehicle information for towing and the system wouldn't allow me to proceed. It continued to ask me to fill out the same information. The people on site did a great job.

J MThe man working inside was not helpful and rude to his employees. When he realized that I selected the app check-in process, he escorted us outside like we were not allowed to stand in the store. We were obviously struggling with the app but he offered no assistance. The check-in process took more than 30 minutes due to his lack of help.

BILLY JI dont like the fact that the fuel gage is left for me at 3/8 full. So I have to guess at how much fuel to put back in the truck. You charge for fuel at $6 a gallon if there isnt fuel in the truck but you dont put it in the truck so how do you know how much to charge.
