I had to call the phone number for uhaul while on the road due to unforeseen problems and I found that to be rather inconvenient. It would be beneficial to be assisted quicker, other than that everything went ok.CHRIS MICHAEL E.

My original truck reservation was not where I rented it. I had to drive 30 minutes to get a truck and then deliver it back those extra 30 minutes. This location was the best!!! But, with U haul, I was told I'd get that mileage allowance and didn't get those 60 miles off.KIMBERLYSUE B.

I was overcharged for mileage and the D&H employee did not seem bothered by this at all. The mileage at pick up was 119321 and at return was 119348. I was charged for 63 miles instead of the actual 27 miles driven. Not pleased at all with this location's response to blatant overcharging.Kira D.

The pick up location was great , but the overall experience with uhaul was less then acceptable. I reserved a 10 ft uhaul with a drop off location where I was moving to. What I got was a 20ft truck and it had be brought back to my are original area. It was a big inconvenience to drive it 80 miles back and it was twice the truck I needed. I returned the trailer after hours and uhauls don't have the integrated wheel, which made it difficult to remove from the truck. Having a jack, or method to lift trailer off ball, available would have been helpful.MARK ALAN M.

The first location where I was scheduled to pick up my rental did not have any available. They contacted customer service and found me the next nearest location, 20 miles away. It was not the 15 ft truck I had reserved, but a 10 ft. Once we got there, the business itself was closed and I used the app to get the key code. The 0 ft did not have a loading ramp and we had to lift everything up into the truck. When returning the vehicle, I could not get the app to work. It was not a good experience. There is a disconnect between UHaul online reservation and the actual businesses supplying the trucks.Alisha B.

We put the keys in the slot when we returned the truck not realizing we had to take a picture of the odometer and gas gauge. No one answered the phone number listed. I asked about drop off location because my reservation did not denote where I was to do my drop off. The representative at this location told me that I could drop off my uhaul at any uhaul location so I chose the one most convenient at the end of my move. The next day I got a call saying I dropped off my truck at the wrong location and it's usually a fine. The fine was waived. But I was very annoyed about this. Also the myuhaul website didn't work for dropping off. When I clicked â€œreturn my vehicleâ€ nothing would prompt me to go through the return steps. I should not have been charged for having a uhaul representative turn my vehicle in because I tried to do it myself and the uhaul app failed to work.Ian C.
