I was charged $25 cleaning and iv asked for photos two times and have not received them. I feel the van was clean when I returned it. If u can not show me proof I shouldn't have to pay the cleaning fee

Check in was crazy it could not locate me then it said I was at the wrong location for drop off. It finally let me scan the truck in. I called the next day they did not pick up it went to the call center and she said it was showing not returned. Then she said I had to call them. Tried to call for over an hour no one picked up. So I left a message. I finally got a message and a receipt for it being turned in but never got a call from them!

David HJust did an after hours drop off. I have to call customer service to get a text link to return the truck since again the app didn’t show the reservation. Also still unhappy about having to fuel the truck and eat the cost of adding an extra 1/4 tank since I didn’t know how much fuel I would use during my move.
