Despite downloading the APP and following all the directions, it did not allow us to pick up the truck and we had to go in and wait u til someone could help us. Upon return, despite being there before the displayed closing time, the doors were locked and the App (despite giving a choice to “return your truck”) would not allow us to check out. We had to just leave our key in the drop box. As we were getting ready to leave, an I dividual came out of the door apparently to get the key out of the drop box. We asked if there was anything else he could help us with and his reply was, No, they will just check it in on Monday. Dry frustrating all the way around. After first reserving at a nearby location that indicated the truck was available, we got a call telling us that it really wasn’t and we would have to go to another store….MUCH further away!
