Uhaul never called me to secure the drop-off location. They could not find the Nesita/Gold Beach in the computer and wanted me to go to Harbor to drop off the equipment (trailer). I don't even know where Harbor is. They also thought I could drop if back on my way to AZ, so staff didn't understand I moved to Oregon. I had to call several times to get the location and discuss options for Brookings, Gold Beach, etc. This is really disorganized when it is so simple.
ANNETTE PNo one was there, but I used the application and called costumer service.
JOSE FThe truck was very dirty inside. (Dried mud on the seats and floorboard, animal hair on the seats, grime on the steering wheel)

ellyn mThank you, everything was perfect. I felt secure and well equipped for the move I did. It went very well. I can't imagine how to improve this truck.. Maybe a luxury key tracker tile for the times I see the key down and had to spend time to look for it. The large key chain did help. Thank you for all of the help of making this difficult move.

BRADLEY ZDrop off went smoothly.
Bruce NWhen we called the 800 number they gave us a street address that was not the street the return was on we then called back the 800 number and got the phone number for the market and Deli the lady that answered the phone gave us Jim’s Phone number at D&J Uhaul in Gold Beach OR Jim told us we’re to drop the trailer and it was not on the road that we were told to go 3285 Nesika! RD. People need to make sure they know where to send people for their returns so they do not have issue!
