The rep that helped me was extremely professional and hooked up the trailer for me and made sure everything worked.
I received the notification to inspect the truck and trailer after I left the lot. And it wouldn't let me fill it out. Your representative should have walked me through the process like they do at car rentals places. No one walked me through anything. Didn't notice until the next day that the lock on the drivers side door was inoperable. Had to enter the vehicle from the passenger side. Cup holders are broken. I reserved a 7am pickup and 7 sets of blankets. Location pickup was changed to a lot that couldn't accommodate a 7am pickup and they didn't have enough blankets. Your representatives were not wearing masks. Where's the question “were the personnel helpful?†for the pick up location?

Everything was beyond excellent
It was great.plan to use them regularly, instead of our usual place on ww white rd.this was way closer...the gentleman named Colby was so polite and happy...he too was wonderful..
This is the best location we have ever used. There are 3 other locations close to us and we have had to use them a time or two but D&M is always my first stop. The people here are so helpful and always make sure the equipment is in top notch condition. I love this location.

Don't change customers reservations. The only problem I had was that I rented the dolly for the standard 5 days when speaking with the local cs at the pickup he ask was 5 days going to be enough and I replied yes we should be in Atlanta tomorrow. So when we didn't leave for 2 days I was surprise to get a call from Uhaul saying that I was 2 days overdue. Customer agent changed the rental to one day and because this was all done on the app and I didn't get any paperwork then it was only apparent after getting a call. Conversely the phone agent straightened out the issue.
Clean out your equipment before renting to another customer. Flatbed was full of gravel and twigs and took me around 20 minutes to clean before loading. My fault for not inspecting before departing the lot.

Truck had no ac worst move ever also no brakes too.. the dolly was broke and the lights flickered

My only complaint is that the truck needed new wiper blades. Other than that, everything was as advertised.

Tire of trailer was not inflated properly (under 20 psi). This is a safety issue. Truck windshield was plastered with bugs. Blankets reserved were not available.

We had a reservation at a different location but vehicle was not available. Transferred to a new location and again vehicle not available. D&M was the 3rd location. Had the vehicle and got us on our way. Excellent service. Thanks D&M.

Fast, friendly, professional service! Colby gave fantastic customer service. The location was easy to get to...I was in and out with my trailer in about 10 minutes. I would definitely rent from here again.

Interior light in cargo box does not work
My reservation was changed from a different location due to rental being extended. I received notification from U-Haul via a phone call. Colby (at 1033 Pat Booker) was very friendly, helpful and quick. No problems with check out.
Well I was a bit upset for I reserved my reservations for a local pick up at one location and a local drop off at a different location and was quoted a price for that, but upon arrival, I was told I was not able to do that. That I would be charged more! I reserved a furniture dolly, but when I picked up the rental, they did not have one (they had plenty of time to have gotten one, for I had had reservations). I was a bit annoyed.
The truck leaked so I had water damage to my boxes. I noted this when I dropped the truck off, but to date, no one has contacted me about this. I doubt that it was ever addressed and the next person to move in the rain will have the same issue. I can't even rate the first place that I had a reservation with because the truck wasn't "staged" and when I asked about the $50 guarantee after waiting on hold for 30 minutes to try and find out why my reservation had expired the representative acted like she had no idea what I was talking about despite the fact that every single one of your reservations comes with a guarantee. My move was delayed by 3 hours because of "staging" issues, long hold times, trying to find the same size truck nearby, driving to the "nearby" location. I ended up spending more because the mileage on the truck was higher because the location was further away. Of course, no one is even going to read this so it doesn't really matter and even if they do, Uhaul won't do anything about it. They have the market cornered so customer service isn't really high on their to do list. I had issues with the other truck I rented for the first part of my move which caused similar delays. Finishing moving at 4am twice because of the ineptitude of other people is the definition of frustration.

More parking or move equipment up to front area for pickup just before apt time.
