The drop off location was super understanding to my frazzled state after being lost in a new city full of roads under construction.

I appreciate that small gesture because it reassured me that I was in the right location. The drop off process with him was very quick and straight to the point (I’m sure he could tell I was exhausted). U-Haul does a great job hiring.
