I had to swap out the truck from this location due to leaky box and rain water collected in the attic. The replacement equipment was located at a different location. I went to the location at 2914 Pat Booker Rd, Universal City, TX 78148. The owner at this location was the rudest person I’ve had to deal with for years. His name is Naz. He damaged the equipment and parked it partially in the roadway. The equipment he had for replacement was dirty, had blankets scattered everywhere, and water in the attic. When I brought this to Naz attention he refused to help me and stated he had not even checked the truck in yet. He told me to leave his store, with this unusable equipment. I had to call and locate the equipment myself.
