I went to the place where I ordered the U-Haul and was sent to another location forcing me to pay for movers to sit there waiting at the house. She did not complete a walkaround of the vehicle and cover a checklist of the items included and what was missing. I spent $180 on blankets that were never opened or used during the entire trip. I opened a ticket and am hopeful the manager will do the right thing here and credit me back for my time and poor service from the representative.

Daniel Storage is not open for business as of 5/12. I confirmed with Uhaul support multiple people to ensure that someone would be at the counter as there is limited cell service in the area so the app is unreliable. I arrive and the business isn’t even open, as in not an operational business, as in coming soon’.
Amanda MDrop off location was South of Heber City, Utah which was over 20 miles from my destination. I had to drive the truck.trailer around a narrow strip between a building and fenced lot and then open the gates to the lot as nobody was there to assist and maneuver the trailer at a 75 degree angle through a narrow fence into an open field where they were beginning to stock trailers. Experience wasn't bad, but it was 20+ miles back and forth to accomodate Uhaul, not me even though I was paying for your equipment.
