When I dropped off my uhaul I asked what I needed to do. I was told just drop the keys in the box. I dropped off the uhaul at 1:30 on a Friday, less than 24 hours after I picked it up. I received an email the following Monday that my uhaul had not been turned in. I left a message with Daniels. When I called I had to leave a message, I asked for a call back & never received one. The next day I received an email that my uhaul did not contain the proper amount of gas which was not true-it had the exact amount in it that it did when I picked it up. Extremely disappointing for a single mother.
