They charged me double, I drove 8 miles and they said I used an eighth of a tank of gas to do that, I reserved the vehicle for 4 hours then the employee changed it to 2 hours so I got charged for the extra 2 hours. I’ve used uhaul for over a decade and this has been my worst experience by far.

That locations took an hour to pick up and I went to the back of the truck and found that there were no furniture pads placed in the truck, even though I had rented two dozen of them. It made my move incredibly difficult and caused a lot of panic. And to top it off, we turned on the truck and it had no gas in it. Very disappointed with this location and with my U-Haul rental.:(
