Absolutely terrible. I was quoted $105 bucks for a 15 foot truck at under 50 miles round trip. The day after the quote, I was asked to pick up the truck at a different location and was told id get some sort of mileage discount for driving to a further location. I got to the location, which was a a ghetto convenience store, ran by someone I could barely understand. He also didn't seem to know what he was doing at all. Either way, I pickup the truck and originally had it returned in about 3 hours. I did have it at about an 1/8 of a tank and realized that it needed to be at a quarter tank, at which point you gas were trying to charge me an extra 80 bucks for about 10 bucks worth of gas. I thought that was pretty unethical to say the least. Either way, I called and had that refunded, then I had to take the truck a few miles down the road to put in another 10 bucks. On top of that, the AC unit in the truck kept turning off. The situation was incredible frustrating, especially with not being able to understand anything the uhaul dealer. The guy was an idiot. Also, I needed mattress covers and of course the guy at the convenience store didn't have any, so of course, I still had to go to an actual uhaul location to buy some. Seems like uhaul will allow anyone to be a dealer. Where are your standards?

Don’t list the address as one place and then text a person a different address. I didn’t order from the other location. I ordered from this one. Also this $25 cleaning fee. I’ll be requesting photos and videos of the dude cleaning the truck. I’ll also take any receipts for the cleaning service used to verify.

They charged me double, I drove 8 miles and they said I used an eighth of a tank of gas to do that, I reserved the vehicle for 4 hours then the employee changed it to 2 hours so I got charged for the extra 2 hours. I’ve used uhaul for over a decade and this has been my worst experience by far.
