Thomas GidleyThe location was located at the corner of the block, however all you saw were the U-Haul trucks parked, no signs on doors or building stating it was there. When I made the reservation the day prior (alliance NE) they asked if I wanted the "safe tow" I told them no. When I picked up the trailer Dave asked me if I wanted the "safe tow" I said no I don't. However he still charged me for it..
JOHN UTTERBACKWhen I picked up the truck, I opened it and looked in the back to discover it was filthy with dried grease of some sort and had dirt stuck to it. I spoke to the individual who gave me the truck and told him the truck was dirty with oil inside, and he just said yes, he’ll probably have to clean that. The dirt and grease made it almost impossible to get cleaned up and I worked on it for over an hour and a half to get it clean. We had to drive to the store to buy towels and cleaning products before we could even start packing. All of this put us severely behind in our move, and I ended up unloading the truck in the middle of the night and finally got done at 2:30 AM I was told that a manager would be calling me to resolve this however, I never received an email or a phone call to that regard. I notified CustomerService for the second time and let them know that I had not heard anything back and was told that it was being taken care of but to this day, I have still not heard anything, and that was five days ago.

Paul StefaniNot necessarily this location, but all: I had to get somebody’s help to adjust the mirrors. Who carries Allen wrenches with them to adjust mirrors? I was not told I’d need a special tool to adjust my mirrors. Maybe put one in glove box and put another sticker on the cab about mirrors.

Steven VanhoutenThe only thing I didn't like is that I had to rent the trailer for 3 days instead of the 2 i used it for. The place was closed Saturday and Sunday and would not have got it otherwise.
