Robin WThe truck had BBQ chicken wings under the driver seat just laid about the driver seat had BBQ sauce all over the seat adjust handles. I cleaned the truck myself. There was old leaves all throughout the front and back. The back had not been swept out either

Angela MWe had a funky exchange. There was nothing done wrong, and the man that was there was very helpful in the exchange. The night before we brought it back, we had a tornado which took the roof off of the building next door. It made it a bit awkward to exchange because of the barracades, but but doable. You do what you have to in times like this. No one to fault.

Michael FApp is incredibly difficult to use sun visors on truck are not nearly big enough almost blinded by Sun trying to drive home with no way to block it truck's steering system was badly worn kind of like herding a whale down the middle of a freeway truck was terribly noisy at highway speeds could not hear myself think they might as well not even bother having a radio in these vehicles as you cannot hear it over all of the wind and road noise why would there not be a backup camera on a vehicle this large with this huge a blind spot on the rear end how and no cruise control how old are these trucks anyway? and rate was quite expensive truck got terrible gas mileage just because Broken Bow is a small town doesn't mean U-haul should Pawn off its old crappy trucks on these residents!

Thomas GThe location was located at the corner of the block, however all you saw were the U-Haul trucks parked, no signs on doors or building stating it was there. When I made the reservation the day prior (alliance NE) they asked if I wanted the "safe tow" I told them no. When I picked up the trailer Dave asked me if I wanted the "safe tow" I said no I don't. However he still charged me for it..
JOHN UWhen I picked up the truck, I opened it and looked in the back to discover it was filthy with dried grease of some sort and had dirt stuck to it. I spoke to the individual who gave me the truck and told him the truck was dirty with oil inside, and he just said yes, he’ll probably have to clean that. The dirt and grease made it almost impossible to get cleaned up and I worked on it for over an hour and a half to get it clean. We had to drive to the store to buy towels and cleaning products before we could even start packing. All of this put us severely behind in our move, and I ended up unloading the truck in the middle of the night and finally got done at 2:30 AM I was told that a manager would be calling me to resolve this however, I never received an email or a phone call to that regard. I notified CustomerService for the second time and let them know that I had not heard anything back and was told that it was being taken care of but to this day, I have still not heard anything, and that was five days ago.

Paul SNot necessarily this location, but all: I had to get somebody’s help to adjust the mirrors. Who carries Allen wrenches with them to adjust mirrors? I was not told I’d need a special tool to adjust my mirrors. Maybe put one in glove box and put another sticker on the cab about mirrors.

Steven VThe only thing I didn't like is that I had to rent the trailer for 3 days instead of the 2 i used it for. The place was closed Saturday and Sunday and would not have got it otherwise.
