Dealer snuck a $25 cleaning fee onto my bill for a 4 hour rental where nothing but myself and their furniture dolly entered the front of the truck, and a piano in the back. Nothing was dirty, I am contacting corporate to get it back.

If a person is unfamiliar with the parking lot access, returns can be stressful, especially if the drive is blocked with trucks, as it was when I returned my trailer. I had to go around the block, but a person unfamiliar with the location probably would not know to do that.
John GJust took the keys didn't ask if I had any trouble with the truck never went out to look at the truck tell after I had left the business. Will drive the 15 extra minutes to go to the other uhaul place if I need a truck again

harold rEverything was good except that because my daughter had rented in the past they kept contacting her and sending her all the information. Even the end receipt they wanted to send to her. Me and my husband both explained more than once that we are not Miranda and/or Cole. I had the same problem at the storage unit. Because they had rented a truck in the past are phone number at home came up with there names. My husband was able to get a receipt but it was a problem.

CHRIS NThe individual checking in the truck was t able to provide a receipt immediately. He said it would come in an email - and it didn’t, u til I called back and asked specifically to have it sent to me.
Clayton CThe location is a combination location with many companies run out of the same hub. I did not receive a full contract or pamphlet with important information and numbers for my trip. It was also not explained that the insurance I purchased had exclusions, which bit me in the butt later.

Stephen IReturning the truck was amazingly easy. They also have a gas station, so I pulled up to fill up the truck and was able to just leave it there. The staff took it and checked it in. That was an awesome perk!

Farrah RDrop it off in Marquette Mi. on Monday it was a little after five place was closed. Put the key in drop off box with contract, left gas tank with over 1/2 full truck was clean. The truck was not due back until Tuesday. I was changed $20.00 on my card told to read my contract and pay the bill. The contract is made out by U-Haul lawyers and not to be under stood by the average person. The whole world has become very greedy now it includes U-Haul. Blame it on the covid.
