The truck had a lot of old damage. It was also very loud. I didn't crawl under the truck but it seemed to be missing a muffler. The check-in location at College Corner called me about the truck. I told them I had to have the truck as there were no other options available. I called UHaul upon check-in and was told to do the mobile check-in. The store told me today that they could have done it. Louisville GA where I picked it up should be able to verify that the truck was very loud as I pulled off. There were men outside loading up appliances. The mobile check-in only had options about damage, if it was overheating, cleanliness, fuel and odometer.James L.

Maybe make sure paperwork is correct and they get out in a timely manner not an hour later after they cant find the equipment. Plus my car almost came off the Auto transport to VA. I had to stop 3 times to fix the ratchet straps on the tires. My car shifted so much that it messed up my front bumper. I'm not happy and you have yet to call me back. IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET THE TRUCK...FACILITY WAS NOT VERY ORGANIZED. I WAS CHARGED FOR AN APPLIANCE DOLLY I DID NOT GET. I WAS GIVEN A FURNITURE DOLLY THAT WAS BROKEN AND I COULD NOT EVEN USE. ACCORDING TO THE EMAIL I WAS SUPPOSED TO RETURN THE TRUCK AT 3;30. BY THE TIME I GOT IT CHECKED IN ON MY PHONE IT WAS 3:31 AND i WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA DAY. I WILL NEVER RENT UHAUL AGAIN. The UHaul website enables customers to submit virtually all of the information required to rent a truck. At most, the on-site representative should be confirming the previously supplied information rather than asking for it again. Other than that, the pick up experience went well with pleasant representatives in a welcoming and Covid-19 safe environment.Colin M.

I'm not a satisfied customer, I was told when I return the truck back I would be granted some money back from my deposiy if I didn't go over the miles and I was not close to the miles that was given to me. The Truck was not cleaned when I rented it. The fee I was quoted at the time of reserving the truck was no where near what I had to end up paying when I picked the truck up. I rented the truck on Saturday and returning it on Sunday Morning and was charged another days fee just because the location was closed and since truck could not be checked in due to location being closed, I felt was unfair. Not any fault of the location, but when the company has a week to have a requested size truck and you are not given what you want (even if there is no additional cost to the upgrade) the upgrade cost more in gas. The company is large enough to provide the requested truck. We will recommend your location. but will contact the location personally to get the truck we need & not go through the corporate headquartersSARA B.
