The location was definitely out of the way for me because other locations close to me did not have trucks available. The worker at Wrens Ga was wonderful, done all she could do to help me. The lady in Louisville was very kind in person. I had scheduled an early pickup but was unable to check out truck online. Poor cell service in the area which meant I gas to make an additional trip once someone opened up office.

Nothing was perfect
Sandra AI can honestly say that in my opinion there is nothing that they could have done any better! The fact that they were willing to accommodate me in renting the U-Haul after having to change the initial rental date to the next day for reasons that were out of my control. In a world that consider your problem your problem it was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone that cared and was willing to help me as their customer from beginning to the end. It was a wonderful experience and even though renting this U-Haul was for the organization that I work for I would not hesitate to contact this location for my personal needs and I would recommend them to family and friends if they expressed a need to rent a U-Haul. I have always worked in customer service and I think that is one of the reasons why I can appreciate the way that I was treated at this location.
