I was exceptionally pleased with the rental process. The last time I used the online system and the person that called to verify my references was rude to those references. This time I spoke to the owner of the operation personally and she took care of me herself. She was fantastic, making the process simple and answered all of my questions.THOMAS V.

The truck I needed was not returned so I ended up having to spend $200 more and move across states without help, on two separate days, instead of one with my movers. There was a last minute change in location so I do not blame the owner for the concerns that came up but it was hard to reach them initially as the person was out of state without service however she was helpful in texting to make sure I was able to access the key to my truck.Rebecca M.

The person that called my references on the phone was rude. Victor called, asked if the person named was there and when they replied "yes" he just hung up with no explanation or further comment. He should have introduced himself as being from UHaul and at least said "Thank you" after confirming the number was valid.Thomas V.
I called her and explain to her that I got double billed for what I was offered originally and she told me that she can't help me and that I will have to call U-Haul every time I call U-Haul there is a 45 minute to an hour long customer service wait on the phone I tried to respond to email and it failed customer service is horrible. I need to get this rectified I have proof of what was originally told to me via text and photo copy from your computer system which changed because of the wrong second invoice. Raina the lady that runs the uhaul rental is great! Very accommodating and helpful. Trailer lights broke a prong off when I went to plug it in, she had a guy there to fix it immediately to get me going on my way.MARK V.

The location was a good 20 miles from my final location. I know there were Uhaul's closer, not sure why I had to go that far and no explanation was given either by the folks providing the truck of the drop location.CARL N.
I dropped the truck off and put the key in the drop box. No human interaction. The only tricky part was that the location was named Prime (I think) Landscaping, not Dawes.WILLIAM L.

Dawe's landscaping was excellent. The owner was very helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend them. The truck ran horribly and the drivers door doesn't close properly. The owner explained this is a loaner as a customer crashed her original truck However, the overall experience with Uhaul was horrible! I was originally supposed to get a truck from Howell Gasoline at 10am. I chose this location because it was central to both locations I was moving stuff. I made the reservation 10 days in advance and showed up on time. There was only one person working and he was no where to be found. After waiting 15 minutes, he shows up and tells me the truck I ordered isn't back yet and he can't get in touch with the person. He then offers another customer who showed up over 30 minutes after me a 20ft truck even though they also ordered a 15ft. He said he had already spoken to them in the morning because he didn't have an extra 15ft. He called the corporate number and they only gave me the option to drive to Toms River or Manalapan, both in complete opposite directions of where I'm going and cost me over 2 hours! This huge delay made it impossible to be finished in the time frame I needed and now I will have to rent something else to finish next weekend and will miss the wedding ceremony of two very close friends! This is the 3rd time in my life I have used uhaul and I had issues every time. I willnever recommend or use this company again!Jennifer E.

The pick up location was nice. But we had to drive 1 hour out of our way. We lost 2 hours to pick the truck up. After I reserved the truck 6 weeks in advance. The lady from the traffic dept called me on Saturday to tell me where I was to pick up at. I would greatly appreciate a phone call from the MCP of the district I picked up from. I do not feel that I was treated fairly at all. This was a huge disappointment to be talked to the I was.Candice B.
