I was overcharged. I called in for help three times did not know where to leave the key and a man told me you could not just leave the truck there had to go to another place fill up the truck with gas to where it was twice had to make sure gas was right then I had to take a cab from the truck place to the hotel. It was a mess never again. I’ve always used you U-Haul we never had a problem till now they were not helpful my desperate hour in need. Please contact me. I would like to further speak to someone about this.
Robin kI booked a 6'X12' trailer from Okeechobee FL to Knoxville TN for one week, 9/1-9/8. Unfortunately I didn't double check the paperwork when I picked it up. Upon returning 9/7, expecting to return it the next day, I found an email and paperwork that said it was due 9/5?? I immediately called the local U-Haul location (on Labor Day), and they showed the trailer due that day, 9/7?? Neither was correct since it was set up to be returned Tuesday, 9/8. I returned it immediately (9/7), and was assured everything was taken care of. The next day I was billed for 2 extra days! What was the point of setting up this reservation if all of these changes were going to be made? To make matters worse, the trailer had no jack, so I had to help take it off and roll it into a parking place by hand. I've used U-Haul extensively in the past year, but never again.

Both locations as well as both service technicians were professional and helpful and made my experience in the moving process not stressful at all. I thank them both for their help and support.

GERARDO HHad to do everything by myself - no help what so ever besides showing me the place to leave the trailer at.
Edward EI had to wait a half hour for him to replace the tire straps on the tow trailer. I also noticed that the first stop there was steel belts coming through the tire which eventually went flat and created another inconvenience. However U-Haul's customer service as well as the people that location were very friendly and accommodating

JOHN PDropped off trailer early to assigned drop off per my contract. The place was closed but my contract said 24hour drop-off. Was called the next day by a different uhaul place asking about the trailer. Called the 1 800 number and explained everything to them and thought all was good. But today received a bill for 20 after hour drop oof. And my contracted bill is higher than what is quoted. I would like all extra charges refunded. Thank you
HAROLD WBefore renting from this location, Daytona Auto Repair is quality and friendly. I tried renting at Ferrell Market, but it's unbelievable. No one can help me. I waited for an hour.
