Van was dirty inside. I came to ask for a rag or something to clean it with, and was told I can buy some paper towels from them. I asked if I can use the parking lot to park my car for a couple of hours while I’m using the U-Haul van. The told me no problem, but when I came back, there was a towing sticker on my car. After reviewing the car cameras, I saw that there store employees had placed in into my car. Terrible experience

This location is in a very questionable area and the facility itself is far from typical business standards. Wouldn’t use it again. The van was pretty new and free of any clutter but was dirty inside. The Agent had no idea what the insurance provided coverage for.
WILLIAM SThey didn’t have the equipment I ordered but they charged me for it. Nobody was ever there. Reservations at 930 someone opened at 1030. Tried to return at 230 nobody there. Ridiculous. Ruined my whole day. Waste of time and money.

julian sThe truck was not ready when arrived.. all the reservation with the app didn't care. And the woman asked me again for absolutely everything, and in the last step in which a code is send with a link to scan the driver license well doesn't work very well with android phones. The truck has one tire with low air, the alarm and system were indicating it. The breaks felt like not working very well like the brake fluid was humid or with bubbles. Only came with a quarter of gas and after leaving it I returned also with that amount but anyway was charged like had less. (should take a photo) Never ever ever will use again uhaul!!

ARTURO AI’ve been trying to contact someone in corporate so I can complain when I receive this vehicle it smelt like someone urinated inside of it!!! I had no choice but to take the van because there were no other vans available nowhere !!!! I had to take it to the car wash Because it smells so bad this is the worst location in the world I will never go back to this location and wouldn’t dare refer any of my friends here!! They’re unprofessional it took him 45 minutes just to get me the rental he was a new did not know what he was doing!!! And the crazy part was I had a reservation!!!! And the only reason I went to this location because the location that I usually go to do not have any vehicles available!!!! My worst experience ever!!!! And when you try to put in a complaint with corporate they send you around to 10 different people and you’re not allowed to complain with anyone so I just gave up!!! Do not go to the U-Haul location on 54th St. ne 2nd Ave.
