The vehicle was well into its service life. An updated one would have been nice. It did complete the task however.

wendy eIf a customer is paying in cash they need to let them know that if they are owed any money back when they return the U-Haul they do not get cash back U-Haul sends them a check. This is information that should be given at the time of the rental. I don't know about everybody else but moving is expensive enough and I don't have the extra money to be sitting around waiting to be reimbursed with a check. At least make sure the customer is aware of the process.

JEFF BWhile the.attention and service of the rental location was excellent there was a problem with the U-haul Tickets/Citations Department who were billed by SunPass for a toll that was paid by my NYS E-Z Pass. I found them to be not helpful in resolving the bogus charge and I ended up paying a Thruway toll twice.
