Customer service wasnt great, didnt even know if i was in the right place. Stood up in there for a couple minutes with 3 employees not acknowledging me or saying any sort of "Welcome" or why i was there. Finally got through the paperwork, said truck was out to the side. I ordered a 15 ft truck and there was a 10 ft truck, in which i had to walk around and find the correct one. Truck was in a terrible spot to get, took several attempts because of different diesel trucks in the way. It wasnt in a good spot to take out. Gas gauge from paperwork was not accurate, I took pictures of it showing how many miles there were to go which was 210 after I drove 2 miles to my apartment and was barely over halfway full. After filling it up before returning it I took another picture at the site and it was at 225 miles, more than how I received it. They then charged me for 2 gallons, over $15 for fuel saying I didnt return it with gas which is completely inaccurate. The inside of truck was dirty, especially the "Mom's Attic" which i cleaned out before returning. I expected to pay extra for the miles but having to pay extra for the gas was completely ridiculous. I will never use this place again.

ELADIO GIt isn't the places where I picked up or dropped off the trailer that I was disappointed. I was very disappointed because when I tried to reserve the trailer, Uhaul just didn't have it where I needed. For example, the first week I requested the reservation from Fresno, I was told there were no trailers available; however, I could pick one up in Laton or Hanford. I canceled and made another reservation from Fresno. I was told to picked up the trailer in Madera. Fortunately, I needed the trailer to pick up a tractor in Hughson so it was okay. However, because I had to drop it off in Fresno instead of Madera when I was done, I had to pay extra rental fees for it. For this, I give Uhaul just one star if I could.
