All people and places were excellent. However the cost of the tow dolly was exceedingly high, and i will not recommend u-haul as a company except as a last resort.

My reservation was extremely hard to change - had to call two different numbers and wait over 45min to accomplish it. THEN, the drop off location failed to indicate when I dropped off the truck - three days later. Now I'm fighting to prove I dropped it on time and with MORE gas than I got it with. Difficult last 2 rental experiences. Not sure how much more I will want to deal with U-Haul. I love your lower trucks but the customer service has been challenging.
