Very friendly and professional people. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The truck was nice and clean with everything I requested. I called at the end of the day to extend my rental for one more day and was no problem. Definitely recommend this location .

christina mThey were super friendly, fast and accurate. Just for the truck in general, but on the 10' trucks that are new they only have the rails on the side so you cannot use tow straps to hold things in place. They need to put hooks or something to make it easier.

I followed instructions for the self check in where it told me to locate the truck and some vile, rude man showed up banging on my window smoking a cigarette INTO my car telling me I can’t be back there and to “get out” after I explained to him I was there to pick up a truck. He then proceeded to tell me I need to leave and go to the front I explained I was following the instructions and he kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me talk. I went inside and the young man in the store was extremely nice and apologized and said there have been several complaints about that one man. I wanted to walk out and cancel my reservation. The truck itself was absolutely disgusting and not clean I don’t want to touch anything in it. Worst experience.

The team here were excellent at this U-Haul facility and very professional and gave excellent customer service. Robert PI have been using Debonos Stop and Go for at least 5 years. By far, Donny, from the first time he helped me to this rental being the last, we are moving out of the country, has been the most professional, kind, knowledgeable and all-around GREAT guy. I have never seen him get upset, mad or irritated at any customer renting a truck or purchasing something from the store. He will work with you if there happens to be a glitch with your reservation. I wish more businesses had people like Donny working for them! Thank you for the smiles Donny.
THOMASEDWARD DI have rented several times from this location with no issues. Staff was always friendly and accompanied. Yesterday we rented a 15ft truck upon bringing the truck back just a few hours later (they were closed) we stopped and put gas in it at 7-11 (Nicholas and pine island) and brought it back to the 1/4 tank that was in it. This morning I received a receipt and I was charged $30.00 fuel charge and $29.95 for 5 gallons of gas. We called this am and explained must be a mistake and we filled up right before drop off and they didn’t want to hear it and was argumentative and rude. Be careful and watch your receipts !

joseph fThe staff was great! Rental was easy. Our truck leaked, boxes got soaked with rain water in the over cab storage area. Destroyed irreplaceable items. We put specific items up there to ensure they weren’t crushed by the heavier items. My daughter’s shadow box from my father’s funeral, for example, was loaded with water and destroyed, my daughter is devastated. Paperwork and files were soaked and destroyed. My husband informed the young man upon return and he stated that this particular truck had been involved in an accident previously by another renter. He apologized repeatedly (he was very sweet). Just stinks when you trust that your possessions are safe and they get ruined due to faulty repairs. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Jose VTop notch U-Haul outfit !! We rent trucks/trailers semi frequently and are familiar with a lot of the local outfits. These guys definitely stand out as our favorite! Not only is the equipment always in safe and ready to use condition, the personnel who rent out and receive the equipment are easy to deal with, polite, and timely.
