christina mThey were super friendly, fast and accurate. Just for the truck in general, but on the 10' trucks that are new they only have the rails on the side so you cannot use tow straps to hold things in place. They need to put hooks or something to make it easier.

I followed instructions for the self check in where it told me to locate the truck and some vile, rude man showed up banging on my window smoking a cigarette INTO my car telling me I can’t be back there and to “get out” after I explained to him I was there to pick up a truck. He then proceeded to tell me I need to leave and go to the front I explained I was following the instructions and he kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me talk. I went inside and the young man in the store was extremely nice and apologized and said there have been several complaints about that one man. I wanted to walk out and cancel my reservation. The truck itself was absolutely disgusting and not clean I don’t want to touch anything in it. Worst experience.

Niurkis SReally appreciate the rental of this really great Chevy pick up truck. It was brand new only about 2000 miles on it and it drove and roads like a dream. The team here were excellent at this U-Haul facility and very professional and gave excellent customer service. I highly recommend them if you were looking for any U-Haul vehicles or trailers to rent. Thank you for excellent service!
